At Coates & Sowards, Inc. we generally handle all new leasing and renewals for the properties under our management while also providing lease and document analysis services. We cooperate with all outside leasing agents, and if an owner believes that an outside broker would better serve his or her leasing requirements, we are pleased to let the owner select any broker to handle new leasing for the property. Coates & Sowards, Inc. has negotiated literally thousands of leases—several for regional and national tenants including Longs Drugs, Walgreens, Lucky’s, Bank of America, Albertson’s, Subway, Bank of the West, Radio Shack, Kentucky Fried Chicken, Burger King, Taco Bell, McDonald’s, Save Mart, Check Into Cash, See’s Candy, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Domino’s Pizza, US Healthworks, as well as many others, including hundreds of independent tenants.

As a full-service real estate brokerage, Coates & Sowards, Inc. often represents our owners in the purchase and sale of properties. In addition, we have helped our clients locate and place new financing on many properties.
Consulting
Since Coates & Sowards, Inc. has managed over 200 properties and has worked for nearly as many owners, we have learned a great deal about real estate. We can provide market analysis and we have recommended sales, purchases, and remodeling or rehabilitation of managed properties based on our findings. We provide legal assistance coordination when necessary and we are also a good sounding board for any ideas you may have about your properties.
